Welcome! I am a people-focused coach, consultant and facilitator, fascinated by how we build lives and organisations which reflect these three values.

COACHING

I am an experienced coach working with business and third sector leaders seeking more clarity, connection and courage at work. I also help individuals think through questions of purpose and vocation, providing an empathic and productive space for you reflect and move forward. I trained with Coaching Development, who are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

COMMUNICATING

I am the author of Fully Alive: Tending to the Soul in Turbulent Times (Hodder/Brazos), and also write the substack newsletter Fully Alive.

I have hosted The Sacred podcast since 2017, interviewing those who shape our common life about their deepest values. I’m an experienced broadcaster, writer and lecturer on themes related to public ethics, spirituality, wisdom and our common life, including on the BBC and in The Times, FT, The Economist, Prospect and UnHerd among others.

CONSULTANCY

Bringing an empathic, robust external view on your strategy, communications or team culture,I will listen deeply, make connections and offer concrete, appropriate recommendations gleaned from over a decade of leadership. I also offer training in effective communications and navigating conflict, facilitation for strategic conversations and hosting of public events.
