COACHING

I believe everyone has a purpose and deep values they long to live by, but that doing so is very difficult. We are distracted and dissuaded from the deep reflection and courageous decisions it requires. Simone Weil said that attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity. I have found that coaching as a form of concentrated, empathic and robust attention can create the transformative space many of us need to find the clarity and deep alignment required for meaningful work and a flourishing life.

I’m a coach who focuses on helping leaders who want to pursue socially meaningful work, not just personal success. Together we will identify your values and craft ways you can stay loyal to them in your work and life. I provide a space of curiosity, steady attention and encouragement for clients to uncover the wisdom already within them, identify their purpose and build the courage to pursue it. I often start with the clarifying question “what do you want people to say about you at your funeral?” and work back from there.

As well as partnering with purposeful leaders, some clients come to me looking to explore metaphysical and spiritual concerns in a non-judgemental or coercive space, or to think through how to integrate their own spirituality with their wider life and work.
